Bashar on Free Energy

Bashar (an E.T. channelled through Darryl Anka), whose way of talking and vibration resonates greatly with many including me, answers the question of free energy technology in a comprehensive way. The questioner asks why don't we have free energy as a  mainstream technology if some scientists claim to have it?
