Bashar Space-Time Antenna, consist of two cone shaped coils going in to eachother. This antenna is expounded upon by Bashar himself in this video, in which we learn that it taps in to higher viberations and realms while still physically being within the electro-magnetic field of this planet (no need to go to higher dimensions to use it):
